Welcome to Cook’s Creek Ranch

Our Mission:  To raise the best, healthiest grass fed beef possible and provide all our cattle a humane environment to thrive in.

What we provide:

1. Pasture raised grass-fed beef by whole, half or quarter

2. Individual cuts of grass-fed beef

3. Sales of registered Mini Hereford cattle for showing or as pets

Pasture-raised beef is high in healthy omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin-rich and nutrient dense. Perfectly balanced by nature. From the pasture to your plate.

We breed American Aberdeen Angus and Mini Hereford cattle at the ranch. What makes this beef special? Because of the smaller carcass size, it provides a smaller but higher quality of meat for today’s healthy eating habits.

Our herd is small, which allows us to give the animals the type of focused attention it takes to raise and finish calves on grass in Central Texas. At the present time, we are only finishing 3 to 5 calves per year.

Recent Customer Reviews

We bought a half of beef from Cook’s Creek Ranch and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The only thing better than a good steak, is a good steak that isn’t pumped full of unhealthy additives. From the hamburger to the Ribeye, I feel good about what is going onto the table to feed my family.

Omg I just have to rave about the meat we just got. We cooked a roast tonight and it was absolutely the best roast I have ever had. I Will definitely be buying more meat from Cook’s Creek Ranch. Jim Cook was very professional and made the whole process very smooth and easy. I highly recommend hands down. Thank you so much for everything
